The initial focus was on undertaking substantial refurbishments of dilapidated properties situated along major city centre transport routes, and acquiring city centre apartments. Over time, the business has built a dedicated and reliable team, committed to providing high-quality living spaces for both families and city dwellers, with a strong emphasis on areas experiencing robust capital growth and rental demand.

As the business evolved, T&T Assets Group expanded into a development division, specialising in converting outdated commercial premises into modern and innovative residential units for both sale and rental markets. T&T Assets Group predominantly operates in the East and West Midlands, managing multiple development projects at any given time.

Since establishing the company in 2020, Pete has utilised his extensive property investment experience to transition T&T Assets Group from simple residential refurbishments to more innovative property developments, with a particular focus on commercial conversions. Under his leadership, the company has transformed numerous properties into high-quality residential units catering to the ever-growing rental market. Known for his tenacity in driving project delivery and commitment to excellence, Pete continues to propel T&T Assets Group to new heights of success and innovation in the property sector.

Pete is a construction project manager with an SMSTS qualification, specialising in commercial conversions, new builds, and large-scale civil projects. He has managed sites valued at over £12 million and is a groundwork and subterrain specialist, having worked with Fulton Hogan to complete Sydney's largest locomotive enhancement programme. He has supported commercial developments with resource planning exceeding 10,000 man-hours. Pete is experienced in both traditional and modern methods of construction in the UK and overseas. He began investing in property in 2016 and now has a portfolio that ranges from buy-to-let investments to office-to-residential conversions

Since starting the company in 2020, Carl has spearheaded its growth from a residential property investment firm to a leading developer of innovative residential units. His strategic vision and dedication has been instrumental in transforming properties across the East and West Midlands and Manchester, consistently delivering high-quality living spaces that meet market demands. With a passion for excellence and a keen eye for opportunity, Carl continues to lead T&T Assets Group with unwavering commitment, driving the company’s success and growth in the competitive property industry.

Since 2012, Carl has personally invested and used 'Special Purpose Vehicles' in Urbane Assets investment areas. He has worked with private and institutional investors on various terms, arrangements, and structures since 2016. With 10 years of business experience, Carl worked on commercial development projects of up to 60,000 square feet from 2013 to 2016, gaining valuable experience and working alongside project managers, developers, and primary contractors, including national-level contractors. He also has 5 years of senior-level retail business analysis experience, with sole accountability for a £27 million turnover, leading a team of 124 staff and 11 direct reports. Carl's vast expertise in Permitted Development and change of use planning permission allows him to offer paid consultancy to support other developers' schemes
