T&T Assets was founded as a residential property investment company in 2012. Our initial focus was on refurbishing neglected properties along major transport routes into city centres and acquiring city centre apartments. Over time, we have built a dedicated and reliable team, committed to providing high-quality living spaces for both families and city dwellers, with a strong emphasis on areas experiencing robust capital growth and rental demand.

As our business evolved, T&T Assets expanded into a development division, specialising in converting outdated commercial premises into modern and innovative residential units for both sale and rental markets. We predominantly operate in the East and West Midlands, where we continuously manage multiple development projects concurrently.
