our history
T&T Assets Group began as a residential property investment venture in 2020. The initial focus was on undertaking substantial refurbishments of dilapidated properties situated along major city centre transport routes and acquiring city centre apartments. T&T Assets Group also oversees the Sadler Gate Group, which undertakes similar developments but with alternative investment partners.

As the T&T Assets Group grew, it began to visualise and implement a development division that specialises in converting outdated and neglected commercial premises into modern and innovative residential units and small business spaces. T&T Assets Group mainly operates in the East and West Midlands, simultaneously managing and constructing two/three development projects at any given time.​

2021 saw the establishment of T&T Asset Construction Ltd (a subsidiary of T&T Assets Group), allowing the business to manage construction costs more effectively in an ever-changing and inflationary economic environment. This strategic move was designed to minimise risks associated with third-party contractors and to better control rising material and labour costs.
​
Over the years, T&T Assets Group has built a dedicated and reliable team committed to providing high-quality living spaces for families and city dwellers in areas with solid capital growth and strong rental demand. Finished and ongoing projects are currently located across the East and West Midlands, as well as Manchester.
